Lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, with more than 30 years of professional experience and an outstanding career in electrical regulation, administrative law and development of sectoral regulations. For more than 12 years at the Ministry of Energy, she played key roles in the Legal Division, including the head of said division and the creation of the Regulatory Coordination Unit, leading the development, processing and defense of regulations and tariff decrees for the electricity sector. In this context, she worked in a multidisciplinary manner with technical teams in the review and legal validation of tariff processes, ensuring the regulatory consistency of decrees associated with the valuation of facilities, setting tariffs and granting electrical concessions, including their processing before the Comptroller General of the Republic and coordination with sectoral organizations such as the National Energy Commission and the Superintendency of Electricity and Fuels.
