I. Objectives
– Prevention within the company structure of the commission of crimes contemplated in accordance with Law 20,393.
– Comply with the obligations imposed by law on organizations regarding the potential commission of crimes by any body collaborating with OHMIO ENERGÍA.

– OHMIO ENERGÍA workers.
– Clients, suppliers, external service providers and natural persons linked to OHMIO ENERGÍA.
– Owners, executives, managers, representatives, and administrative or supervisory personnel at OHMIO ENERGÍA.
– External advisors to OHMIO ENERGÍA.
III. Critical Activities, Processes, Jobs, or Tasks.
– Entering into contracts with the State and tenders for the provision of services.
– Holding meetings and/or interviews with State officials.
– Hiring of workers who currently work or have worked for the State.
– Registration and contracting of service or product providers.
– Audits conducted by state agencies.
– Investments in financial assets and/or real estate.
– Invitations to breakfasts, lunches or dinners, with suppliers, clients or potential suppliers and clients.
– Maintenance of the company's vehicle fleet.
– Granting of bonuses, commissions, and/or incentives.

I. Introduction
At OHMIO ENERGÍA, hereinafter “Ohmio”, we believe that integrity, transparency and respect constitute the basis of any relationship of trust, both within the team and with our clients, other consultancies in the field and the community.
This Code of Conduct and Ethics brings together the principles, values and commitments that guide the actions of all the people who are part of Ohmio. Its purpose is to serve as a guide for decision-making and professional behavior, promoting an organizational culture based on responsibility, equity, inclusion and other values developed throughout this document.

IV. Workplace Integrity
– Offering, soliciting, or accepting bribes or improper benefits.
– Participating in activities involving fraud, collusion, or corruption.
– Using privileged information for personal gain or the benefit of a third party.
– Engaging in unfair competition practices, such as disseminating false information, disparaging competitors, or misusing intellectual property or confidential information.
– Altering, modifying, or falsifying documents, records, or expense documentation.
– Receiving gifts, benefits, or payments from clients or third parties without express authorization.
– Engaging, directly or indirectly, whether remunerated or not, in activities that conflict with the business operations or interests of Ohmio or its clients.
– Engaging in conduct that may constitute offenses established under Law No. 20.393 regarding the Criminal Liability of Legal Entities, such as money laundering, bribery, receiving stolen goods, or the financing of terrorism.
V. Conflicts of Interest and Independence
Each member must identify, avoid, and disclose any situation that could represent a conflict between personal interests and those of Ohmio.
Any external relationship or involvement that could influence work-related or business decisions must be disclosed in a timely manner. Professional independence is essential to ensure objective and fair decisions.
VI. Confidentiality and Information Protection
Ohmio protects all sensitive, technical, or commercial information obtained during the course of its operations. Accordingly, internal data, documents, or records may not be used for personal purposes or disclosed to third parties without authorization.
Furthermore, we safeguard the privacy and personal data of our employees, clients, and partners in accordance with Law No. 19.628 and our current Privacy Policy.
When Ohmio’s services are engaged, the company will maintain strict confidentiality regarding any non-public information provided by the counterparty and will sign a confidentiality agreement when requested or when necessary to protect such information.
Any software development, document, presentation, design, model, or prototype created within the scope of work duties belongs to Ohmio, and its use or disclosure for purposes other than those authorized by the company is strictly prohibited.
Failure to comply with confidentiality or intellectual property rules may be considered a serious violation and may result in disciplinary or legal action, as appropriate.

I. Introduction
This Privacy Policy aims to inform users, clearly, transparently, and accessibly, about how OHMIO ENERGÍA (hereinafter “Ohmio”) processes the personal and technical data collected through the use of its digital platforms, technological tools, web or mobile applications, and information services. These include, but are not limited to, the Generation Regulatory Dashboard and the Energy Management and Analysis Platform (hereinafter, collectively, the “Platforms”).
In this context, Ohmio develops digital solutions for the energy and regulatory sectors. These solutions aim to provide public information, analytical tools, and technical support services for decision-making, as well as to facilitate the management, review, and visualization of data regarding the electricity sector and the operation of the national electricity system, in compliance with current Chilean regulations.
Ohmio reaffirms its commitment to protecting personal data, using public information responsibly, and complying with Chilean privacy and transparency regulations. All of Ohmio’s current and future platforms will be designed based on criteria of security, ethics, accessibility, and respect for individual privacy. This Policy applies to all current and future platforms managed by Ohmio, whether access is public or restricted.
II. Regulatory framework and applicable principles

The type of data processed will depend on the platform or service used. In general, Ohmio may collect the following categories:
Public Information: Data obtained from public sources, such as publications from the National Electrical Coordinator
(CEN), State agencies or other entities with open information, for visualization purposes,
analysis or regulatory integration.
Technical navigation data: Information generated automatically by technological systems, including.

– Date and time of access.
– Type and version of the browser, operating system and device.
– Pages visited or functionalities used.
This data is used solely for safe operation, technical diagnosis and continuous improvement.
Cookies and similar technologies: The platforms may use cookies or equivalent technologies.

– Analytics: to improve performance and user experience (require prior consent).

It should be noted that consent can be withdrawn at any time from the browser or system settings.
Contact and communications information: The user may communicate with Ohmio through the emails available on its website. The data necessary to manage the request will be collected, such as name, institution, email, subject and message.
Registration or authentication data: On platforms that require registration or authentication, basic identification, position, organization, institutional email, and encrypted password data may be requested.

VII. Confidentiality and data disclosure
Personal data will be retained only for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, after which it will be deleted or anonymized. Measures preventing the recovery or reversal of the operation will be applied during the deletion process.
